Recycled Plastic Manufacturing
One of our key processes is the manufacture of sheets from recycled plastic. We collect plastic bottles, which we separate by material and color, and then crush them into small fragments. These fragments are pressed by applying high-temperature heat until they melt and unite into a single sheet. Once cooled, these sheets are ready for production, converting plastic waste into new, durable and sustainable parts.
